Save time by performing actions on multiple expenses at once.
Bulk categorization
- Select multiple expenses using the checkboxes
- Click “Bulk Actions” in the toolbar
- Choose “Categorize” and select a category
- All selected expenses are updated at once
Bulk delete
- Select the expenses you want to remove
- Click “Bulk Actions” → “Delete”
- Confirm the deletion
Filtering before bulk actions
Use filters to narrow down your expense list before selecting:
- Date range — Filter by specific time periods
- Category — Show only uncategorized or specific categories
- Amount — Filter by amount range
