Save time by performing actions on multiple expenses at once.

Bulk categorization

  1. Select multiple expenses using the checkboxes
  2. Click “Bulk Actions” in the toolbar
  3. Choose “Categorize” and select a category
  4. All selected expenses are updated at once

Bulk delete

  1. Select the expenses you want to remove
  2. Click “Bulk Actions” → “Delete”
  3. Confirm the deletion

Filtering before bulk actions

Use filters to narrow down your expense list before selecting:

  • Date range — Filter by specific time periods
  • Category — Show only uncategorized or specific categories
  • Amount — Filter by amount range
